[OOo-Hebrew] starting open office

I run Open office 2.04 and Word. I notice a big difference
in starting time on the same computer.

At work, Open office takes approximately 30 seconds to start from
time I click on the icon. Word takes less than 15 seconds.

At home, my computer is slower, and there I really have to wait
for the Open office.

Is there anything that can be done in the setup to improve the
situation?
