[OOo-Hebrew] Bidi specs doc no longer available?

I was looking today for the CTL specs doc (originally at
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/CTL/Editing_Bidirectional_Text.sxw ) but
it seems to no longer be available.
Does anyone know where can I get a copy?
